How loans are counted, what's included, and what happens when your volume changes.
How is my monthly eRAMP Connect price determined?
Your monthly price is based on the number of unique loans processed through eRAMP Connect during the billing month. Pricing starts at FREE for up to 20 loans per month, with paid tiers beginning at $299 per month as your loan volume increases.
Your pricing automatically adjusts based on your monthly loan volume, so you don't have to select or manually change plans.
What does eRAMP Connect consider a loan?
A loan is counted when eRAMP Connect processes MERS activity for a unique MIN (Mortgage Identification Number) during the month.
A loan is counted only once during that month, whether eRAMP Connect performs a Registration, Transfer of Rights, or both for the same MIN.
Do Registration and Transfer of Rights count as two separate transactions?
No. eRAMP Connect pricing is based on loans processed—not individual transactions.
For example, if eRAMP Connect registers a loan with MERS and later completes a Transfer of Rights for that same loan during the same month, it counts as one loan toward your monthly volume.
What if we only use eRAMP Connect for Registration or Transfer of Rights?
That's fine. Your pricing works the same way whether you use eRAMP Connect for Registration only, Transfer of Rights only, or both.
Your subscription is based on the number of unique loans processed during the month, not which eRAMP Connect functions you use.
What happens if our loan volume changes from month to month?
Nothing you need to manage. eRAMP Connect is designed for the natural fluctuations in mortgage lending.
If your loan volume increases, your pricing automatically moves to the appropriate tier. If your volume decreases, your pricing can move back down. There's no need to contact us to change your plan.
What's included in my eRAMP Connect subscription?

Your monthly subscription price is based on your total loan volume for that month. This makes your eRAMP Connect costs easier to understand while allowing your pricing to adjust as your business changes.
